Tips to take a perfect selfie!

Hi guys!
We all have that one selfie that looks ew, right? So we have put a few tips together so you can take what we hope will be the perfect selfie!



TIP 1: LIGHTS 
Having a selfie where you can't see your face isn't that great so when taking pics always have good lighting. Natural lighting is always best but lamps or bedroom lights will do as well!


TIP 2: FILTERS

Putting filters on your selfies an make them look so much better. You can do this by having a filter app such as Retrica or you can take it with your normal front camera on your phone and add the filters  in later. Good apps for adding in later are; Pics Art or VSCO cam.

Galaxy Space Effects

TIP 3: EMBELLISHMENTS/OVERLAYS

You can really enhance the look of your selfies with embellishments such as emojis or overlays. A good app to add emojis is Insta Emoji and a good one to add Galaxy overlays is Galaxy space effects.

A stand

TIP 4: STABILITY
No one likes a blurry selfie so making sure your camera is still is a necessity.It is good to have a stand for your phone, such as some books or a pencil tin to lean it against.

Quantity! 

TIP 5: TAKE LOTS
When taking selfies you can be caught off guard and to ensure that you have the perfect look on your face you need to take lots as there is a bigger chance of you getting a good one.

Hello!

Hi guys!So we were bored one rainy Saturday afternoon, and Rowan decided it would be cool to write a blog... and here it is! On these pages we will be uploading DIYs, recipes, and maybe a few vlogs/videos.

Tiegan: I am a typical 12-year-old, (or 'premature teenager' as I call it) who likes to dance, read, and most recently, BLOG!

Rowan: I am a horse/animal loving 11-year-old (nearly anyway). I love to play with my puppy, go horse riding and also cook!!!
